hey guys, is this still happening..? thought it would happen early morning sometime but nothing yet... some info would be nice!! :D
 
No wait....you talking of a 15 November XBL update?

I've also heard 25th November. Not sure whats happening.

Why, yes you are, but you're not alone! Hahaha, Keepa, this whole thread is confusing man. Your title says October and its November firstly, that threw me way off. Then the only reason I knew you were talking of the Xbox dashboard update, is that you put it into the Xbox,PS and Wii subforum.

Either way, the 15th has come and gone, and no update for me! But with all these freaken XBL issues happening at the moment, maybe MS has enough on their plate. Perhaps they're trying to fix them too?
 
Holy crap.. I just saw that.. I'm a whole month behind!! '.' Okay.. Well at least we have that sorted out now...:)

So I can expect to lose my sense of time when playing Battlefield 3? :D

AFAIK as well, the update is only near month end.
 
I'm pretty sure they have only ever said that the update will happen in November, but never actually said what day. I think people were speculating that it would be on the 15th because it was the xbox's birthday

Hahahaha.. Nah. It's the mixture of BF3 and Skyrim that's not letting me see time pass..:P Hehe.. And okay cool...:)
 
I read somewhere that its going to be coming out on the 25th. But then other people also said it would be out on 1 November.
Anyway, it doesn't really bother me since I never bothered to buy the Kinect. And most of the new features are for the Kinect.

Includes the new Metro design and new features like Youtube and Facebook integration for achievement trackking etc and a whole bunch of new Kinect features...

@ZAP_Tech: No worries. I've been guilty of that myself a couple times as well. Its like information overload sometimes with all the stuff happening on this site.
