Fail, rather going with Deadman Wonderland :)

Heh ... it's actually on my to-watch list for this season. But going by some of the reviews I've seen, it's one of those series you either love or hate. I'll get around to watching it sometime and make up my own mind.

Deadman Wonderland I still need to finish as well ... because I watched as far as episode 2 on Crunchyroll and they censored a farking word. Seriously ... wtf. That annoyed me enough to wait for the Bluray rips.

Only picked that up in episode three, now also waiting for uncensored ones *erm*

On second thoughts ... it may have been episode 3. It's been a while. Getting hold of To Aru Majutsu to Index II at the moment, and watching the first season of Baka to Test. Barrel of laughs that one.

OMFG THIS MOVIE IS JUST AWESOME GRAPHICS I wish games looked this awesome!, movie story line not so great but just for the graphics alone I checked this movie about 2 times.

And going to watch it a few more times.

Ok right, I need some input on a few good series to get.

Been out of the scene for about 8 years so I'm open to most anything, so send some suggestions of series/movies that you thoroughly enjoyed please :)

No bites at all ?

Ok how about some links to reviews on good shows?

More or less what particular genres do you enjoy?

If you can remember as far back as what you were watching 8 years ago :p give me a title or two to work with and I might be able to scratch up some suggestions :)

Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, Love Hina, Outlaw Star, Banner of Stars, Ergo Proxy (more recently).

I'm actually quite open to suggestions. I've seen plenty and enjoyed quite a lot. The one thing you can rather keep to yourself though is the tentacle fun...

Awwww :p

No worries - not really my scene either. :D

Anyways - let me get home and start looking over my list and I think I'll be able to pull one or two things up for you.

If you enjoyed Love Hina though, I might suggest Seto No Hanayome (My Bride is a Mermaid) - also a romance/slapstick comedy - it features Yakuza mermaids. Serious win - funny as hell in my book - I did one of my random reviews of it here

Shadowfox you seem very familiar. Any other anime forums you on or blog perhaps?

Anyway... Guilty Crown - Excellent production values as to be expected from Production I.G. but it does fall in to some typical anime pitfalls which is probably what all the reviews are mentioning. You sometimes get that feeling that the show is insulting you when you watch it. But its very pretty to look at, and a decent soundtrack too.

My favorite show of the year is still Kamisama Dolls, everybody should do themselves a favour and watch it.

Used to be quite active on the Otakumag forums before the mag's shutdown and the overrunning of the forums by kids. Other than that I run and write for Animated Meanderings.

Animated Meanderings would be the place I recognised you from. Should've read your sig first lol.
Team blog or solo?

Solo for the moment - I've had two other contributors, but they stopped contributing when they realised how much hard work actually goes into the average post :D

Tell me about. I've taking the season off as the christmas period is too busy in retail for me to be blogging as well. Hoping to hit back in the winter season though (hope its a good season at least).
