They are getting ready for beta testing, and I have been following it for a while, I can't wait for it. The game play is looking good and the storyline is going to be amazing :P

I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.

The dialogue is great, yes ... but it starts getting horribly annoying. And I've only got 4 hours of gameplay in so far.

Still waiting to get my first lightsabre - apparently that's around level 8 or so. So we'll see.

No he was in a subaru. :p (I was in a Evo X)

Second Race he vanished again so I slowed down (thinking he's lagging but since no mic I dont know for sure) next thing ZOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!! he rockets past me and I can't catch him.

So he got his mic sorted and (with some difficulty) we got voice going and had some more races on Saturday Evening.

Pretty awesome game to play with a friend.

Good thing my life doesn't start and end with MMO. I got a free copy of rift (with like 60day free play) at Eurgoamer that I still need to install. Got Guild Wars and have played for maybe an hour. League of Legends that I havent played in ages, Eve that doesn't run on my Laptop. A Wow account that, according to Blizzard, im trying sell and havent played in maybe a year. LOTRO that I havent even started yet, DuDUO that I haven't played in forever. DC Universe Online on PS3 that I started, enjoyed but then got distracted by Skyrim. Eventually want to try STO when its F2P and I have a better Laptop. So yeah Im in no hurry. Give me a Epic SP anyday. Only MMO I kinda Miss is EVE.

Guildwars pretty much converted me into an MMO player :p

Eventually want to try STO when its F2P and I have a better Laptop. So yeah Im in no hurry. Give me a Epic SP anyday. Only MMO I kinda Miss is EVE.

I couldn't really get into EVE, but I think it was mostly the sharp learning curve at the beginning that put me off - I like being able to get straight into my games relatively quickly. STO also has a little hop at the beginning since it's not an exact copy of almost every other MMO out there, but it wasn't too challenging to get started.

I mostly enjoyed the space-battles - the ground combat was a little clunky, but maybe they'll have that worked out by the time they go live. I don't really expect STO to keep me busy for too long anyways - I'm really just waiting for GW2, but after 2.5 years I think its time to give Aion a break (and save some money for a change)

While playing it I loved Eve, but yeah that first step is a killer. I would love to get back into it and put my now better knowledge of Ship building that my first time round, which was too all over the place. We had once mission that was like 10-15 ships and as we flew in I heard Ride of the Valkyries from Apocalypse now. But you need to be a couple of mates who work together, soloing is fine for Mission Running but if you want to get down into the hearth of it you need min 4 players of roughly the same "lvl" to fully compliment each other.
 
I think I'm kicking into early holiday mode already, don't liss like doing anything today... well that and I feel like shit.
