Command & Conquer: Generals 2 is being developed exclusively for PC, and is expected to be released sometime in 2013.

Correct me if I am wrong but is this Bioware's first attempt at a RTS?
If so I wonder if they will bring in some RPG elements.
Bioware Victory = Brand new studio with the word Bioware attached to the name.
Sorry it's a rename, that's even worse. It's not Bioware, has nothing to do with Bioware and is only being called Bioware to leech some name recognition from good developers.Actually, not new. In reality it's the same people who worked on the last few C&C games.

I think I rest my case.Would you believe there are now eight individual video game developers known as BioWare? Eight! There's the original team in Alberta, Canada. There's BioWare Victory. There's BioWare Austin, where Old Republic is in development. There's BioWare Mythic, BioWare Ireland and BioWare San Francisco. There's BioWare Montreal. There's even BioWare Sacramento, which is...a social game developer.
