Sadly I take sleeping tablets regularly. I find that sleeping pills provide me with a much needed decent sleep. Suffering from insomnia is not fun, especially if you need the sleep and are mentally fatigued.
I use Zdorm, I find that half of one of those works like a bomb. I feel fine, doesn't seem to have any negative effect unless you try wake up within the next four hours of taking one.
If you need a really good night's sleep for something of importance the next day, take half of those. Make sure you get some excersize too.
Yeah, probably right. Taking something that induces sleeping can't be good :/Not sure but heard that taking them regularly is bad for the body.
this is why I said what I said initially.Im sure people will laugh at this...but Diet is also very important when it comes to good sleep.
I sleep roughly 5 hours a night, would love to sleep at least 7 but my life is way to busy![]()

I stopped drinking coke and swapped to sprite zero..It helped me sleep a lot better, even if it sounds weird it really does work lol
I'd rather go the dietitian + doctor rout than *just* popping pills and actually treat the cause not the symptoms. Besides I do find that when I calm down an hour before sleep without doing anything that's exciting or learning (excluding sex of course lol) I fall asleep a lot faster. Otherwise improvise with "non mind" meditation
I've also used nervous system calmers, but that was recommended by health specialist...
