Amongst the 1000's of shows I watched. Every Year I look forward to some Gundam. What they gave us, was total crap.

Gundam AGE [Kiddie Gundam] and a DVD to 720p Upscale of Gundam SEED.

Here's to next year...

Should also check out Katanagatari and Nisemonogatari. They both done by Akiyuki Shinbo who directed Bakemonogatari.

Samurai Champloo was pretty good. Typical Japanese humor. Mugen running through the forest on that checkpoint episode (cant remember that episode title) like a lunatic will be stuck in my mind for years to come. Full Metal Alchemist is still my all time favorite.

Episode 9: Beatbox Bandits

+1 Full Metal Alchemist as a firm favourite.

After Samuari Champloo, I have Darker than Black lined up and sometime soon rewatch Akira. This should keep me busy for the next month or so.

I haven't watched FMA: Brotherhood yet. To be honest im a little worried it will ruin my outlook on the series. Heard it differs from the original quit a bit.

Yes it does differ as it's follows the manga, unlike the original which went filler-tastic halfway through.

Cant forget Mugen on Weed! :D Classic!

Darker THAN black was Awesome, until they made the second season, then it kind of failed on it's self. Be sure to check out the OVA's as well!

It is a hundred times better than the original anime series, because it remains true to the manga's storyline.

The original series is shit in comparison.

If you have watch the frist one just forget what you watch, just think of it like a new anime.
 
Haha. Easier said than done Blazing. The ending of the original left an opening for a new series though.

Afro Samurai was also pretty decent. Felt a little weird watching an anime in english. Prefer subbed to dubbed.
 
I want to watch some recent anime that's cool (decent/excellent) with not too much comedy here and there is ok. Then no school girl/boy this or that I seriously don't like it. I'm open for suggestions :)
