Would it ignore my filter settings? I've tried unticking all the boxes in the filter so it shows ALL the servers, but I still only pick up one WAGE server for some reason :?

Edit: Oh wait, seems I'm picking them up now. This is exceedingly good news. The SGS servers seems to be prone to lag, same as on BC2. Wage servers are usually the best, from my past experience.

Oh, I also did some user.dfg tweaks that seems to have solved most of my stuttering issues. Still struggle from time to time, but it's a lot more playable.

Also, I wish teammates would learn when to switch their tac-light on and off. It's useful for blinding enemies, but if you're going to turn tail and run back to your teammates, switch it off. It's just a single press of a button.

I can't even begin to remember how many times I've died when I couldn't see the enemy on Metro after a teammate blinds me.

Someone told me that Hyperthreading seems to cause issues with BF3, and I thought it might be that, but my HT was already off.



Playing mostly on the SGS and Mweb servers on a 1meg connection. Still can't seem to find the Wage servers. Think it must have something to do with my filters.

It could be the SGS servers, frankly. They're notoriously laggy...
 
Anyone notice sometimes you'll join a server and Battlelog will still say "loading level" but the games already loaded... even though you checked "enter game when ready" it gets stuck on loading.
 
Mine never enters the game when its ready. It will stay minimized until I click to open it on the taskbar.

I really wish they'd have made a normal game menu, instead of this browser thing. It takes forever for my game to start up erach time I change a server. :<

Yeah happened in a clannie with us last night even after pc restart could not get in, Resteart the map and all should be fine

you guys were really not happy with some okes on Metro, a remember all four of you KK blixems made it down past B, it was fantastic when i discovered this :D

the M26 MASS makes wonderful friends :D

and the snping...ACOG and SV98 is very fun :P

I'm curious as to what the community's view on base-raping is.
I ask this because I joined a server (it was either Strike at Karkand or Wake Island) this past Saturday where my team (yes, my team that was losing at the time) was spamming the chat screen with complaints about base-raping. I personally didn't get their frustrations because I would always find ways to leave the Base. It really got annoying because my squad members were the worst whiners out of the bunch. So what's your take on base-raping and the subsequent complaints?

PS: After leaving that server adequately annoyed, I joined another server where the winning team was complaining about base-camping.

Its called snuggle struggle...Rape is a bad word.
 
There's nothing more frustrating than being on the receiving end of a little "bad touch" while still being in your base. But I feel that if a team coordinates itself properly they can break out. If I feel my team isn't playing the game, I sit back and snipe like the rest of them.
