Super Street Fighter 4 : Arcade Edition [Steam]

There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of SA players jamming this game PC wise. Pity as it's so competitively fun and rewarding. I get a bit of lag playing against international peeps and would love to try out against someone local.

Any SA players out there??? *echoes into a void*

From what I've noticed, there's not a really big scene locally on the PC unfortunately. Lots of people playing quite often on both the 360 and the PS3. Check out the local PS3 forums. I know there's one or two guys who actually play it on PC every now and then.
 
Im gonna try this out as soon as I sort out my Internet...Sigh havent played online since I moved to Jozi a month ago.
 
I have the game on Steam (bought it by accident by buying it for my account and not choosing the gift option), and I haven't installed it yet. I like arcade fighting games, but streetfighter always feels like such a daunting prospect. I always lose in streetfighter games, because the games rely so heavily on you using combos. And I suck at remembering combos, not to mention I can't move my fingers that fast. :p
 
Sorry for the thread necro, but there is a local active SSFIV community on PC. If you have trouble finding matches, ensure your region is set to South Africa in windows control panel. The usual players have been quiet lately because of the holiday season, but we still play regularly. If you're in Cape Town you can join us on a weekly basis for an offline session featuring many other fighting games as well. There's also an SSFIV Whatsapp group we sometimes use to arrange online matches.

How active is the community ? as in the amount of players usually?
