i went to bed just before 00h00 & got up at 7h40 and was not that tired at all

i usually go sleep at 23h00 and get up same time as above...weird

I found out that regardless of how much I drink, the next morning I cannot get up at all, especially if its a work day... or if I go to bed before 10:30 I over sleep the next day
