Was Browsing some YouPubes, I mean Tubes and came across Hazard Cinema Top 10 Battlefield kills & Killstreaks.

Operation Firestorm TDM... Get lots of stutters. Especially zooming in and out from a 7x Scope. Don't get stutters in any other game type, or rather, not nearly as much!
 
The new nvidia drivers have done something. My bf3 keeps on kicking me out of servers after about 5 minutes. :-/
 
Those Hazard Cinema clips are awesome, watched them a while ago and they're addictive just because of the commentator.

Is anyone signed up on the WAGE forums or any WAGE server admins here? I really think they should swap Damavand Peak for Operation Firestorm on the Armored Fury server. Chokepoint map amongst all the awesome massive ones.
 
I recently upgrade my CPU from Dual to Quad ... And I get the same stutters as I used to...?? Can't be! I didn't upgrade my GPU though... it's still 512Mb 256Bit. So I can only assume it's my GPU.

Doubt it's your GPU I got a GTX560 and Ultra rapes me, set it to high and it's all good. Perhaps try turning down settings and see what happens?

How much RAM do you have? could also be a problem.

Wait I think you said you have 3Gb's of RAM... mmm try shutting down background apps?

Mine's small. Laptop transportable mouse. Quite small. Need a Razor or Coolermaster. Preferably R 500.00 or less. Like the Coolermaster Xornet. Looks nice, and it's got side buttons. I miss my side buttons :C ..

Whether or not it be LOW, MEDIUM or HIGH, the same thing occurs. And it happens especially in TDM. And especially on Operation Firestorm. I'll come around a corner, see a guy, attempt shooting *stutter .. stutter ...stutter**frameskip .. frameskip .. frameskip* .. *DEATH!*

"3Gb's of RAM" ... 4 Actually :D
