That's the worst place to live, with William Nicol and Witkoppen always under pressure with traffic, I'm pushing more towards the Eastrand closer to work .

ja that why we not even considering looking at that area, but the places are sooo nice there though... have you looked in my neck of the woods? the people upstairs from me are selling their place for R775k and they just redid their kitchen. looks uber nice.
