Hope I get a beta for it, I dont think I have ever received a beta for anygame including WoW & Starcraft. Am looking forward to a release date for GW2.

I wish they would just have one Beta event and then announce a release date already. I know its not good to rush a game, but I just cant wait for it to come out. Unfortunately it sounds like there will be a bunch of beta events . . . sigh

From their "buy page" From their "buy page" https://buy.guildwars2.com/ they say that if you pre-purchase the game you will have access to all of the beta weekend events. But they don't say how many beta events there will be and still no release date. For now all we have is the pre-purchase date of 10 April.

Damnit, no beta invite. At least with the pre-order one will get to play the beta. Opens in April so not terribly long.

I just wish they would give an estimated release date so I can plan my life around it hahahha

Yeah. They said it will be out this year. Also, it sounds like the first beta event is going to be at the end of April.

No, you need luck.

They had a signup event last month. They will probably have another one soon. With the last signup, over 1mil people signed up for the beta.
