Advice needed for gaming rig - R6500 budget

I need some advice for my cuz who is buying a new PC. He wants a gaming rig and his budget is R6500. He is based in PTA. He wants to be able to run BF3 on high.

Can it be done on his budget? What spec can he get for that price?
Best place to buy in JHB and PTA area?

How much will that rig be without the monitor?

I spent around R7k upgrading the following componentes:
i7-2600k overclocked to 4.3ghz
Asus p8z68-v pro
8gig of DDR3 1600 RAM
ATI 6950

Can run BF3 on High, 1080p, at around 45 - 75FPS.

I'm rather clueless after being out of the scene for so long. I have a budget of 8-10K (maybe more if it's really worth it!). I don't need a monitor. Any suggestions?
