Yep its the firewall, those Beklin routers are locked down by Mweb so you can't use another ISP with it and for some reason they sometimes block xbox. I could be that it worked before and Mweb made some sort of change on their side or something and that caused it. Disable to fire wall and test it then, if it works then you will have to try and sort out Portforwarding or alternatively leave the firewall disabled and just up the firewall on ur pc.

Funnily enough when I bought myself a new router when I changed over to Afrihost, back when I still lived in SA, I never had this issue. Firewall was on, NAT was open and I never had any issues. When I moved back home just before the move I had the exact same issue at my parents place, who still used the MWeb router.
 
Send Mweb Guy at mybb a PM explaining the issue and I'll bet someone from their gaming division will get into contact with you to help ..... has happened for me a couple times already ;)

My Dad has a Beklin with the MWeb logo on it which refused to accept any other ISP information. Even a Factory reset just loads the default mweb details. I guess you could try and remove the firmware or something but thats even more of a mission.

I have had the opportunity to play it for about 2 months now, guy at work gave me his log in details but honestly never bothered.

Keen to give it a whirl now that I have my key.
