Anyone played the pirate DLC, is it out yet, also was it good?

I don't think I'll get the DLC. The game was amazing, but the last 25% of it was just too much for me. It really started feeling like nothing more than a grindfest and I had to force myself to finish it up.

I hope it raises the level cap also, 40 is pretty low. I haven't finished it yet and Im already 34.

this was my question as well, i was loving this game, but the level cap kinda sucked, before i kept trying to maximise use of reckoning mode for most opponents... now tho... meh
did the pirate DLC increase lvl cap? and will this one?
