Want to play Uncharted but not have to play Uncharted?

I found the most awesome youtube links the other day. This guy went and played through all 3 Uncharted games, and recorded everything on his PVR in 480p. He then edited the footage to include only story relevant cinematics and some filler gameplay to link the sequences together, so it plays like a movie.
A brilliant way to catch up on the story and action of Uncharted without having to shell out for the games. Check it out!

Whats the point of that? Uncharted is good because its interactive. If you want a standard adventure with some mystic mumbojumbo in it go watch Indianna Jones again.
 
Stupidest idea ever. Play the games, they are awesome. Otherwise go watch an actual movie and stop being stupid.
 
Haha WOW you guys are friendly. If "Uncharted is good because it's interactive", then it can't be called a game; the same can be said about buying data bundles via SMS. It needs to be good because it's interactive, because it has a great story, good voice acting, great music, fun gameplay, fresh ideas, etc. Not necessarily all of the above, but you get the idea.
This is for someone who wants to be able to experience the awesome cinematic quality of Naughty Dog's games but don't have the time and/or money to buy all 3 games.
 
That's kinda like getting someone to watch a movie and then going to them afterwards and just asking them to tell you what happened because you don't have time to watch it yourself. Surely if it's that good then you make the time? Money sure that can be a problem but you are doing yourself a huge disservice if you just watch rather than play the Uncharted games.
 
I would say its lazy & stupid. So much of the character building takes place between the cutscenes, not too mention all the little story bits.

And forget doing yourself a disservice, you are insulting Naughty Dog by bypassing the game part of their game.

without a ps3 i think this would be a good way to feel something of the game everybody raves about... but i do agree playing must be much better.
