Close - I used the scientifically verified method known as "closing-eyes-and-poking-the-list"

Well ... we have 2 days to figure it out - so I figure we choose between those two - it's not like there'll be any difference in the servers, but it'll be nice to have everyone on the same page before we kick off

Doesn't really matter. You can still guest to other worlds just no WvWvW when you are there.
But better in the end to be in the same area. Going to be packed anyways.

Well ... I'll be setting up my guild in the Beta anyways since I want to be able to play around with and check out all the guild functionality in the game. Specifically with regards to the guild logos and so on - I want to see if it's the same kind of system they used in GW1 or if they're going to allow something similar to what Aion implemented.

Since our office internet is currently - to use popular vernacular - screwed, I'm busy playing around with my character backstory. As in all the way back from my first main through to my planned main character for GW2. Am I going overboard, perhaps?
