I did not know about this. So you will not be able to jump sides in WvWvW at all unless you pay the $20 transfer fee or have 2+ accounts? I hated realm jumping in DAoC, and the lackluster effort to prevent it. Wonder how it determines your "home server." Or I just got the kat by die stert beet.

You can transfer to another world once every 7 days at the cost of 1800 gems. And you can get gems in-game. But no the server you pick and play on is your WvsWvsW server, you have to re-locate your account to play for another server. You can guest over to other servers to play normally but your WvsWvsW is bound to your home server.

So whats everyones plans PvE majority of the weekend? Or are you going to WvWvW mostly like me?
Probably gonna run through the starter area, then create and play around with the guild stuffs ... and then do a bit of PvP related things.
Also ... many hours in character creation

My first char in Aion took me 45 minutes to get right. Just sayin'
My Guildwars 2 SA Community "Iniuria" are all going to play on "Petrified Forest". A huge factor in our decision is that "guildwars2roleplayers.com" decided it as their EU server. RPers all tend to be more mature and promote positive game play and that is what we are looking for. We are around 20-30 people so far that will be playing on that server. We have a mumble VOIP server as well if any of you wish to share Beta with us. For details go to our guild/community website. You can find a link in the MMO gaming forum on this site.

I hope there is a save character look function in the beta, either that or you going to be taking plenty screenshots to re-create your character.

It sounds attractive, but the big thing for me is that while I want to encourage role-play I don't want to enforce it within my guild. I'm very big on everyone playing the game their way
