After many, many test drives and excessive procrastination, this is what's arriving in my driveway this afternoon:
It's an Alfa Mito QV: 125kw of juice, impressive features (hill hold, Start&Stop, dual auto aircon, Blue&Me, Alcantara leather interior) and a 6 year service plan as standard.

Precisely why it has 7 airbags and a 5 star Euro NCAP rating.
Still scares the crap out of me when I floor it though, especially after upgrading from such a skadonk.

Pink, and don't let him tell you otherwise without any photographic proof with him standing next to the car, not some random shot of somebody else with their car.
Actually it might be a brighter pink then I thought. lol
