Is Dead Island (PC) worth R80?

It isn't the greatest game in the world, right, but, it is massively fun to play with someone.
It can become challenging playing it all by yourself though...

GOTY editions stopped being exclusive to games that actually got GOTY awards. Every game now has a GOTY edition to bring sales back up. They normally have all past DLC and shit in.

Wow. The whole thread has people either telling him to buy it or even praising the game, then you come and say 'no it's awful'. Nice going on explaining why it's awful.

I actually wrote a blurb for Tinman on why I thought it was rubbish when we did the MyGaming Awards last year, but thanks for your pleasant and constructive comment.
 
Games design for cooperative gameplay are-- should only be played cooperatively... Otherwise you'll just feel lonely... :p

The thing is the game is IRRITATING you have to play it to find out or read dan review on it.
He will understand once he starts playing it. After the patch its even more irritating also the weapon decay way too fast and loads more after the patch.

I had actually forgotten about that little detail. 5 blows to the head(of zombies. obviously) using a baseball bat and I'm told the damn thing need to be repaired. And weapons and ammo are so scarce, only laaaaaaater in the game do you actually get ammo, and even then, the scarcity of ammo is pretty the same as before. It's fun at first... But can become somewhat repetitive.

Guns vs Zombies in this game = Useless. Headshots forget about it its more like shoot the whole mag into one zombie and it might might go down.

Only ever use guns on people shooting at me, that was all it was worth. And that Double-Tap k$k doesn't work on DI zombies. 4 shots to the head at least. One of many annoyances this game presents to the player.
 
With all this talk about the cons of this game... It reminds me of Playing Rainbow 6: Vegas 2 back then.

That game had so many elements to it which was just wrong...

Loved it to bits though.
