I went to looking online for tips on how to be a better player in online shooters, and not have a K/D ratio of 1-20. But it's pointless. Your skill largely depends on how you as a person plays. I ,for one, don't have years and years of CoD and so on experience, which explains my pathetic gameplay style/skill, and lack thereof. So now.. I only play for fun. No use taking online play seriously for me anymore.. And besides... I don't play competitively.

Hahaha. Don't be so hard on yourself. :P

PS: I'll join your "No-COD-experience" club. Think I have a grand total of 60 or less in all COD games online, ever. COD is for noobs :P

I think i have played about 10 hours total in COD.
Did spend a lot of time in Team Fortress 2 though.

But tbh, its like sports. More practice.
Accuracy, game sense, reactions. There are so many factors.

Personally, I like CoD. And won't mind owning and playing endless hours of it (I like online shooters). But the big problem obviously is... Regardless of how old a game (Call of Duty) becomes, it's still so damn expensive. Would love to own Blops and MW3, but they're priced just way too high. *Activision are money whores.

*Kotick is a money slut, sorry :p

Yeh same, played quite a bit of TF2, not comp though. I played a good couple of years of CS though (6-7). First COD I played online was MW2, but yoh, it was kak hey.

@Hagan: Bobby....The name says it all.

My first ever online FPS was BFBC2 and i'm not doing too bad.

I always go lone wolf and put myself in a position that gives me an advantage.

Thanks. How do I get that again? :o

*Edit

Forget I asked that.

Ooohhh... Someone's been working their ass off... :D

Worked as in past tense,i enjoyed most nights flying thru the sky with the quad bike, tank and other things that were never meant to fly high when planted full of friendly mines and C4.

first online game i played was CSS then cod 4 now mw 3 .

For funs i played some others like BFbc2 and BF 3

Standard i set for myself are 2 Kpd for game. Manged it in all but Bc2 . only got 1.5 odd

Shotguns are massively overpowered in this game. Being shoot from more than a 100 meters by a USAS-12 is total rubbish. Shotguns are supposedly a lot more powerful than our real world makes it. Maybe I just don't know the true power of that CQC weapon.
