Blizzard,

There is a large amount of Spiders in the game that makes it hard for people like my girlfriend to play the game properly. Normal and Nightmare mode i dont have any issue with killing them myself so my girlfriend can just run behind me and we can keep the freaking out to a minimum but reaching hell and probally going to reach inferno soon it will be a huge issue.


It would be very nice to concider Phobia's like this one so people like my girlfriend could play this alone, i dont mean you should remove the spiders but it would be awesome to make like a option so spiders turn into i dont know maby ladybugs? or anything less spider like.


Would be awesome to get a response on this. if you support it people make a normal post. if you dont like it dont even bother cause i dont care about that.

I have to admit I am one of those that get freaked out by the spiders in the game!

I do tend to run behind the guys when we do that bit in the caves and even killed Cydaea or what ever her name is (it helps when so much aoe is happening and you can't really see what your attacking). In normal I actually found the spiders worse. I have also managed to not play with anyone who has a witchdoctor :P

But I wouldnt go as far as he did to get rid of them. Ive actually found the spiders in games made my phobia more manageable - before spiders in games I couldnt look at them, now I can look at them - almost, not always and no images of real spiders.

I am at a loss for words here...
 
Monk - lets put it this way, I used to avoid them, I can kill them now, but they still give me the creeps :P But hey I don't mind having them in games. It actually is a method used to desensitize us to the fear of spiders. When the first tomb raider came out, I couldnt play it due to the spiders. Now I can play games with them in, its fine especially when the spiders are rather huge. Its those 100000000000000000000000000000 of tiny crawling ones that still gives me the creeps.

Trust me, you dont want to be close to me when I spot a real spider. I have learnt not to scream hysterically any more :P But I will not go into a room if I saw one. Also incase your wondering, plastic toy spiders dont freak me out any more either. 99% of it is valid fear though, believe it or not, some people (aka me) can't handle spiders very well.
 
So in other words, people with Agoraphobia (Fear of going outside) wont be able to play BF3 or Just Cause or or or...
Hmmmm I vote Trolling......
 
Am i the only one that sees this as plausible?

I mean look at skyrim, there was a mob for those spiders?
