Grim I have given up - to call them on skype last nite had me in a 40min queue, their submit a ticket still is giving me errors and no response on the forum.

What authenticators are these though?? and how are they hacking a persons profile?? Unless they're using a keylogger of some sort... :confused:

That is the authenticator. I have had mine over 5 years already since I was a wow player. Basically you link the authenticator to your battlenet account, and when you log in you have to press the button on the authenticator and enter that as well as your password to log in.

As to the how? The suspicion is if you joined a public game - which I did to give a myg member some gear, they can somehow get your info.

I can imagine. I would be pissssssssssssssssssssed off! Remind me to never join a public game.

Isn't it out yet? Saw it on a newshost site, thought it was out.
