So anyway, on the pc issue. Should I just format and get it over and done with or is there some way I can fix the boot issue (Installs windows then after finalising settings restarts and doesn't go past the initial BIOS screen.)?

That gif is from the Movie Troll Hunter. That guy is the Hunter from the title, he comes running out of the forest screaming "Troll". You where trolling so it seems apt to post it.

This rain is awesome but rather frustrating as well. The wind is the bad part - had to find a different route to take since a tree was blocking the one road

Its weird, the few cars on the road I saw was keeping big gaps between cars just now. But yea it is chaos outside

Well this same woman drove slap bang into a massive water filled ditch while the rest of slowed and drove around it. She was having none of it though and drove right into it. With her lights off as well. Grey car, lights off in grey weather - clearly she was a moron.

But see people like her deserves to have their engine seize up on them, as long as they don't take an innocent bystander/driver out as well - which she most likely will . . .
