As for your gloves... its those hidden multiplies I was telling you about last night. Is also because when you check out stuff in the AH is compares it to the item you have equipped without taking into account the rest of you gear.

Pretty stupid if you ask me. How can a set of level 23 gloves with lower everything be better than a set of level 40 gloves with higher everything. How does these "hidden multipliers" work? I would love to know.

See you have to compare your total stats, i.e what all your equipment gives you instead of the single item. So all your gear and the lvl 23 gloves gives you more than all your gear and the lvl 40 gloves. How exactly it works I have no idea, But its like when the Barb has two 1 handed weapons, you find a 2-haned weapon that ups your dps but when you equip it you notice your DPS actually drops. This is due to those stats displayed in the item description when you hover over it only takes into account you main hand weapon.

It seems that image is of an item of something that was advertised in general which means it may well be a haxored item.

Makes zero sense, but anyway. By the way I tried two hand bows and it adds 0 to my damage. Another wtf.

Yeah they have screwed the drops up big time. I got tons and tons of useless shit that I would have probably used when I started the game on normal.

Like I just said in the D3 thread, I suspect detaching the AH from the Drop rate tanked the ingame economy. Which is a huge fucking blow because it make one of the best things about D3, the looting, pointless.

Yeah totally useless shit - defeated Ghom last night and got a fcking wand? I'm not even a bloody wizard nor do I have a secondary character that is. I end up tossing half the stuff because it's too much of a mission to go and sell it or forge it. Speaking of forging, that's equally kak.
I wonder if they're not trying to coerce people into using the AH.

Agreed, the blacksmith is a waste of time and should GTFO! Salvaging items is pointless and the the stuff he sells is absolute crap.

I am starting to sound like a whining little kid :wtf:

Me too :p

It was ok getting crap and then something cool, it made it fun. But now it's getting a bit boring. I mean I'm still pile driving my way through hordes with my OMGSword Of HolyShitness so can't really complain that much.

Seems that way yeah. Next they will drop the option to use in game gold to buy items and you will have to use real money. Thats when I toss my collectors edition into the fireplace.

I had two mighty cleavers like that but after playing through all of Act 2 on Nightmare with them I wanted something new, so considering nothing of value dropped I just went and bought two new swords in the AH.

Spooner I think we make a one final push to night, if its still shit we leave it and play some Borderlands. Come next week I want to get back into my studies which will cut gametime way down. Will probably only play on weekends again.

That seems drastic. I will just stop playing, the shit I got in the CE is still cool so i'll hang onto that.
