New MacBook Pro and MacBook Air unveiled

I must say the top of the Line model looks very appealing. I am glad they got rid of the 17" model as its was stupidly big.
Have been putting off getting my wife a Mac book exactly for this reason. I might give her my 2011 MBP and get myself one of those "next gen" 15inch ones.
 
I read a couple of rumours online that the new iMACs are also going to come out with insane retina display resolutions. The 27" iMAC is apparently going to have a resolution like 5120x2880 which is freaking mind-boggling. My wife and I have been wanting to get a 27" iMAC for quite some time now. Now with the new lineup pointing to the rumours being possibly true - we're going to wait for the new iMACs to be announced and definitely get one :)

I want get get 2X of these Beauties to daisy chain onto my MBP. I am hoping a new version of this with the retina display is launched.

Finally there is some news on this, I've been waiting to hear about the 2012 refresh, finally. Looking good, really tempting, sadly they're really pricey for what you get in terms of hardware.

Wonder when we will start seeing these locally.
