You could always hold down "E" to cancel a revive and then they wont be able to revive again.

Im one of those who do that though, i revive you untill i cant anymore. I have seen guys get up and get away after i revived them about 5 times in a row so sometimes it has a happy ending.

I hate most of the CQ maps. Sometimes i run around like a headless chicken with no-one to shoot (even on a full 16 player server) Rather it be a 32 or 64 player server. Just imagine the chaos then. The spawning is also knackered as always. Love that industrial building map though.

32 player is crap. You can basically spawn and hold in you fire button and you will get a kill.
64 players....really?
It will be like a 64 player metro map and everyone is fighting by those side stairs and lockers....except it will look like that everywhere, nobody can push forward.

Sometimes I get revived before this takes place...
 
Christ! I try so hard to press and hold "e", but someone ALWAYS feels to need to revive you as soon as possible! GEEZUS!!!
 
I might be wrong but you can only press it once someone tries to revive you. Once you have pressed it you are dead and cant be revived any more.
