They are a South African developer so I'm letting it slide. I'm going to interview them to learn a bit more about the game.

Hi Graal, apologies for being misleading. As you said, perhaps the better route was to clearly state the game belonged to me.
I'm just a lowly indie developer trying to get some exposure for my game, I was hoping some local forums would have been a good route to do so.

James, let me know when you'd like to do an interview. I replied to your mail on Sunday.
