As the title gives away, I need to know which system is better for general gaming with good performance and for use with latest Adobe products

1st system:
Is the i7 3820 from pcZone going on special for this week
http://zones.co.za/
it's R8000 + R1500 I'm willing to spend on a gtx550 ti or amd radeon hd7770
Total: R9500

2nd system:
This will be built by me. I'll have to order the parts online for it (risky)

Chassis/Case: Zalman Z9 plus - R572 (http://www.rebeltech.co.za/index.php...oducts_id=1576)
RAM: Team xtreem dark 4GB - R251. (http://www.rebeltech.co.za/index.php...oducts_id=6307)
DVD Drive: LG 24x sata - R173. (http://www.rebeltech.co.za/index.php...oducts_id=4121)
PSU: Antec 550w - R665 (http://www.rebeltech.co.za/index.php...oducts_id=1816)
CPU: i5 3470 -* R1 916. (http://www.rebeltech.co.za/index.php...oducts_id=6690)
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB - R676. (http://www.rebeltech.co.za/index.php...oducts_id=1274)
Motherboard: MSI Z77A-G43 - R1186. (http://www.rebeltech.co.za/index.php...oducts_id=5700)
Graphics Card: Sapphire HD7770 OC - R1479. (http://www.rebeltech.co.za/index.php...oducts_id=4409)

Total: R6 991 (incl. delivery)

Am willing to spend the extra money because I will be able to visit the actual shop(I never shipped online before)

Do you think I should go with the pcZone one or is it overpriced?

EDIT:
The 2nd system will stay under R7500
And I want this system to last me a long time

The i7 will obviously be better. There is nothing wrong or risky buying online, just make sure you buy from legit shops.

1.1k for a motherboard and you getting a HD7770?
I would rather spend R 500 on a motherboard and get a GTX560 or a HD6850. MSI H61-M Motherboard KFA2 GTX560
Ditch that Teamxtreem RAM and get 2 x 4GB's of Transcend DDR3-1333 1600 will not give you much of a performance boost, if not any.

does the h61 support ivy bridge?

The i5 3470 is a LGA1155, the H61 is LGA 1155. Ivy Bridge is just a code name for the CPU, as long as the socket on the mobo match the CPU, then it's all good.
Also a quick peek at the MSI website shows us: YES! it does :)

CPU support said:
Core i5 Ivy Bridge i5-3470T 100 2.90 512K 3M L1 35
Core i5 Ivy Bridge i5-3470S 100 2.90 1M 6M N0 65

MSI H61M-P31 - R 473
KFA2 GTX560 - R1767
Thermaltake Litepower 600W - R509
ZALMAN Z9 Plus - R598
NTEL Core i5 3470 - R1916
2 x Trancsend 4GB DDR3-1333 - R420
500GB WD Cavair Blue - R654
DVD Writer - R173

Total: R6510~ saved you R3000 from Zones.co.za and about R500 from your other build, with a little more power :)

Way I see it, it's cool to have a i7 but in the end, it's going to age and you'll always want something better in the end, so why spend an extra R3000 when you can save it and use it for your next build, or even getting a newer display card when that one starts to age.
