Battlefield 3 PC discussion thread MK II

Played a few miserable rounds earlier... TDM... To start off after my break. Was so not used to the recoil.. OMW!:wtf:

Wolfenstein has barely any recoil in the weapons, and I was so used to that.

The PDW-R remains a powerful and accurate contender... Even at long range ;)

Played a Métro match earlier and did fairly well...
 
I am now an official camper. I take my sniper rifle, go hide in a bush and shoot the living daylights out of the enemy. No more relying on useless team mates. If i play like crap, i deserve to die.

Do you know whats really fun (if you can aim good),it's playing on a hardcore server with a DMR (semi auto sniper rifle) and using a 4x scope with a silencer and picking of enemies with headshots while hiding in a bush.They never know where you come from and it's one shot to the head to kill with a DMR on Hardcore.
 
I'm trying to play BF3 moar... coz, just, yes... and I'm trying to actually finish my B2K assignments... but wowee... feels crappy to hit people with a M320 :/

Play a few rounds of Metro,it's very easy to get M320 kills there if you launch them at the right angle.
 
I wonder how well all these expansions for battlefield 3 is going to be for its reputation. Even with the latest expansion that came out, Close Quarters, i've noticed hardly anyone playing on the 1 server i found hosting it locally. I think the original is still the best or maybe the new Armored Kill DLC will sway people. I mean, who doesn't like flying and driving awesome choppers and tanks.

Err.we have 25 local CQ servers and there are usually about 4full ones later in the day and weekends.

Me cause i can't fly to save my life. Utter useless.

Practice makes perfect,i can hold my own in a jet but i dislike choppers because of the likely hood that a tank is going to knock you out of the sky or a jet is going to kill you in less then half a second.

I've kicked my Bf addiction.

No longer a junkie... :p

Edit: Though I still do wish I had Premium. The AUG and the SCAR-L are 2 ARs I just really want to master.

You could buy CQ seperately if you aren't going to buy future DLC's

Premium was around R350 at BTGames for me,you can get a digital copy of Premium from India for around R50-90 by using a proxy and VPN.
