Yes, maybe you dont have one but you probably know a few sites where you can get some.
Wont happen, Apple is a US company and with the economic state being what it is banning products that bring in so much to the country would be idiotic. There would be fines etc but little more I suspect.
It easy to say Apple are just being petty but if that patent means suddenly iphones sell worse than would had samsung not used it then I can totally understand the vigour with which Apple are perusing these infringements. It is business after all. I used the example the other day, I hold a copyright, as do you if memory serves, and if someone else started making money off something that is clearly your work I would be equally aggressive, as I am sure you would be.
Yeah but Apples products have a visual style that is part of the brand.
I'll give you an example:
