4 new GTA V screenshots

I'll admit that these screenshots look good, but they aren't ever from the type of view you'll have ingame, except perhaps for a cutscene

Wow very impressive screenshots. It's been a while since I last tried a GTA game due to a combination of factors, but I might just give this one a shot.

Oh man I can't wait for the new GTA. Finish my masters this year then next year I'll have my evenings to myself - gonna catch up on all the games I've missed.

Uhm, none of the previous GTA games had pre-rendered cutscenes. They were all rendered in-game, and I highly doubt that's going to change now. These screenshots are most likely what the game is going to look like.

I'm not saying it's pre rendered. It's the composition of the shot (camera angles, perhaps a little extra post-processing if it's a cut scene) that makes a lot of these pics cooler that you might see 98% of the time whilst playing. You wouldn't be flying a plane or driving a car if you're looking at it from the front...

Even so, those screens were probably still rendered using the game engine itself. Even if it doesn't look 100% the same, it's not going to look a hell of a lot different than those screens. Those screens are a pretty good indication of what the final game is likely to look like.

Can't wait for another fun GTA, good old rampage style.

In exactly the same boat... will we have our evenings free though? Maybe work also requires after hour commitments.

Wow, this really looks amazingly realistic. The realism in games on everyday rigs is getting really impressive! I was playing the UFC demo on my xbox360 the other day and my old man thought I was watching an actual UFC fight between Anderson Silva and Jon Jones :p

More GTA goodness! :-D

Looks like there will be much more to do that there was in GTA IV, which is great news. I think San Andreas was still the best in terms of giving the player a bunch of fun things to do that aren't directly linked to the storyline.
