There is this chic in the office, everytime she walks past my desk I have the urge to do this:

I am also trying to do some work. Busy with a user guide and I need to drop my IQ by about 100 points to be on these peoples level.

change of temperatures causes a shock to the body system, similar thing happens if you have a hot bath and go out in the cold rainy weather you would run a risk of getting sick
