False negatives means it's not blocking all the places that are monitoring you.

Check who owns the IP Block -> Now you know which ISP -> Get court order forcing ISP to reveal customer details -> Sue customer

Our view of "privacy" does not exist. Most keyboards these days have microchips in them that monitor what you type anyway.
