Has anyone played this yet?
I downloaded the demo off Steam and after 5 minutes I was already alt-tabbing back into Steam to buy the full version.

This game is insane, like GTA but 10x better.. really good combat, and set in Hong Kong.

Highly recommended..

getting it today, cant flippin wait. GTA type games like Just Cause and Prototype are my favourite.
 
Pretty cool game I must say, considering purchasing it. For a sandbox-style game it's impressively detailed.
 
as luck would have it, my sister works for Square-Enix and has sent me a copy, i am eagerly awaiting this package!

Got it last night, loving it. Combat is similar to the Batman Arkham games just not as fluid and driving is super arcadey so you can drift a bus or bike just as easily as a car. havent got any firarms yet.

So far its been a ton of fun:)

Haha.. I played it for a good 3 hours last night.
It's great. Also when the cops chase you its tough to shake them off, you really have to pull off some good driving to get them off your tail.

Good acting/story as well.
 
Having played the crap out of it I can honestly say it is an epically awesome game.
Biggest problems, its not in the same league as GTA, Its a lot smaller, very small selection of vehicles, Its really really short as well, finished it over the course of a weekend and still did 90% of all the side missions ect.

It is a flipping good game though, I like the story quite a lot, I do feel that Shen is a bit...Mmmm I'm not to sure how explain it but he felt under developed...his whole story was a bit of a mash up and at sometimes the plot just lost me completely lol.

I would rate it a solid 7/10.
 
I absolutely love the GTA series. Sleeping Dogs tries very hard to be like GTA, but unfortunately fails.

I've been looking forward to this game for a long time. Just a bit sad that, for myself personally, it did not live up to the hype.
The game is decent. Not mind blowing or anything. I'd give it a 5 or 6 out of 10. I just find myself dropping it and going back to Darksiders 2 :)

Really looking forward to Assassin's Creed 3 though!
 
I enjoyed this game thoroughly :) They really did a good job of making it fun. If you are on PC, the HD texture pack is a must. I am impressed with Square-Enix; they always do a great job with the PC version of their games. Graphics customisation options and support for advanced hardware capabilities. That, and it runs like a charm on high settings.
