You may as well skip To Love RU for the time being - the censoring level is past annoying. Even ATX is screening the censored version, so it might be better to wait for the BD releases.

No doubt, although sometimes the DVD's are just as good (quality Wise). So stoked my Naruto Unleashed season 3 DVD's arrived today only have to pay R39.97 for import duties.
Now I am going to spend 3 hours encoding it all, adding in subs, karaoke, typesetting the works. I am my own fansub group

Yeah ... the DVDs are also uncensored ... although they mostly sell BDs in Japan despite the horrendous cost of the things. I'm not sure how much longer DVDs are going to be around for media releases - Rightstuf, for instance, only released Bakemonogatari on BD, which I'm a little pissed about, but I suppose it's time to organise myself a Bluray player already.
Which reminds me, I should make a note to order the original ToLove Ru next month. I've been wanting to get that for a while now.
Oh my! Denpa Onna also on pre-order for January. Best start hoping for a bonus this year :/

I had a BD player, but sold it. It was too limited in media formats and playback. Going to get a Liteon BD player for my PC, already got my PC hooked up to the TV via HDMi, so I am sorted in that dept.
I would only get Newer anime on BD, I have seen a few releases that are just a DVD release upscaled and put onto a BD. It just blurs, and at an attempt to sharpen the image it looses quality.
Other times its not as bad, FLCL and Gunbuster comes to mind, they maintained the 4:3 aspect ratio and did a awesome job of keeping the quality.

Perfect blue was a awesome phsycological thriller.
when I got the time I must watch N.H.K seems very drawn out.

It was a little on the slow side, but personally I thought it was well worth the watch. It ditches the comedy aspect later and actually becomes a lot more serious down the line.
Brilliant anime season for me. Really loving the romantic comedies especially

I should probably warn you though - it goes all romantic drama further down the line. I was expecting more action from the series, but I'm still enjoying it so far.
I decided this weekend, to finally start watching Another. It's delightfully dark and suspenseful so far

Yeah i also notices it started getting mushy.
What i would do for an anime that focuses on bugs trying to invade the planet (i was a sucker for starship troopers)
