You'll go crazy if you have to wait mate.
Not mentioned in the article is the fact that Ivy Bridge E will cost around R5000-R12000 just for the cpu.
Also socket 1150 aka haswell will not be available till next year may-june.
Thank goodness they're finally pushing out more pixels per inch on displays. I remember my 19" CRT would do 1600x1200 without any problems. I had to get a 24" widescreen to get my 1200 vertical resolution, which is far more important to me than anything else. Now trying to find a 16:10 display is next to impossible, and I'm back down to 1080 vertical.
Here's hopin' there will be something available next year when I build my new rig!
