Medal of Honor Warfighter or Black Ops 2

I will undoubtedly be waiting for both to be released and played for a few weeks before I even slightly consider getting either. Both franchises have failed miserably with their last releases.

My gut tells me that BLOPs2 is going to be the same rehashed rubbish they have been re skinning for the last couple of years, while MOH stands a better chance of surprising, although I am not holding my breath.
 
My biggest issue with MOH is BF3. I have CQ maps, there is 2 more map packs coming soon... so will be hard to spend money on a singleplayer game tbh.

True but I hear the game is not working properly and needs patching. There is apparently a huge Day 1 release patch, same as was the case with BF3.... Sigh rather postpone the release and get the game working....
 
Another thing with BLOPS2, even if we do get servers in this country, since Activision will be controlling them, will they force everyone to buy the new map packs to play on them? Then on top of that, will they just kill the servers when the new version of COD comes out?

I don't think they will stop servers, people will just move on to the next game. But ye will be like MW2 it seems like if you dont have the dlc you get kicked from the game....
 
Well I've been playing since Saturday and while the game is pretty good I have to admit that there are still a few issues to be sorted out
Most of which will undoubtedly be addressed in the expected Day 01 Patch


Immersive Mode (Hardcore in COD Terms) is pretty decent and I have to admit to enjoying that the most at this stage, even though I tend to avoid HC on CoD like the Plague
 
Pre ordered MoH and looking very much forward to it.
One of the better PC gaming commentators out there - FrankieonPCin1080P gave the Alpha release a 9/10
With a decent Frostbite engine, ex DICE developers and the in-house development team it might be good.

The maps are smaller and if this is a COD like (fast action) on a decent graphics and physics engine, it is bound to get the deserved support. Same time I have no issues with the wait and see approach as the first one sucked

Ok hierdie is net my opinie en ek word ALTYD geflame vir my eie opinie.

Die SP is nogal heel okay, nie baie klagtes daar, maar die MP.... Hoekom noem hulle dit nie eerder "CS by DICE" Dit voel meer na CS as BF3, vorige MOH of enige COD. Dis ook geweldig te betwyfel dat die Frostbyte enjin vir die game gebruik is. Selfs teen Ultra settings op als lyk dit soos iets uit 2005.

Miskien maak die 1st day patch n verskil maar ek twyfel ernstig. My raad is aan almal, Try befor you buy. Jammer MP demo's is nie meer deesdae n inding nie. EA jy suck....
 
Anyone else here who can give some reviews from the game, i bought it and still waiting for it to finish downloading but so far people have just been giving it bad reviews is it really that bad?

If MOH:W is so bad then Black Ops 2 will be worse because it's the same old same old just new maps/guns.
 
I am just really pissed that EA/DICE/whoever gave a game that feels more arcade like (really feels like it was designed for consoles). Now i know people like different games, but really even BO II (with old dated graphics etc.) ought to be better gameplay wise. Even if there are no servers and just P2P.

I can't believe i said it but now i am actually looking forward to it, after i said i will not buy a COD game again. Go figure.
 
haha tbh, and i hate to blow your bubble the reviews for BO 2 is even worse than MOHW, so i'll try out MOH first and if it's really that bad then i'll make tripple sure before i'll buy BO 2.
 
I'm not buying MOH. Previous 1 failed, this one based on what i read, will possibly fail as well.

As for Blops2, I still have my doubts, not planning on buying it yet, might use a voucher to get a copy just to play Zombies.

As far as online gaming for these 2 games, you'll probably find Blops2 to have a bigger community ect.

Just my opinion. :)
 
Proof is in the pudding, I can with 100% surity guarantee you that Both games........................................ have different names.
