I got charged double for 2 transactions I made on Friday, on monday the bank cancelled my card cause they suspected it might have been cloned, they realized now that i have been charged double but they cant reverse it because the card has been cancelled, now i have to wait for a higher authority to call me back !

@Dohc, never had a problem with Nedbank, actually quite happy with them. Only pay like R65 a month for my account and get free swipes and draws etc.
