Haha lol! Did it dip below 30 kb/s? Shame! Really can't wait for the 10 mbps lines to get stable, Then I won't have this problem of not being able to play on EU servers

Try 0.1 - 0.5 KB/sec.
Back up to 90+ now. Only have 200+ to go...
 
Nope there are a shitload of servers running most empty, but if I try to connect I get invalid cd key error? :(
 
Jeez, 1942 has not aged well. They should do the same giveaway for BF2. That game is still the multiplayer shooter king for me.

I posted a tutorial on the Battlelog forums on how to fix it, my solution worked for quite a lot of people, but they have fixed it now. All you need to do is to right-click on BF1942 in Origin and choose "Repair install". Should work after that ;)
 
My dsl connection is under the weather at the moment. Are there any local server for this or are you playing on EU servers and what is the latency like. I tried to play BF2142 on EU and it was quite jerky.
 
We have 2 SA servers from wage, one can be found by ticking the dedicated server box and sorting by ping. The COOP one can be found by unticking everything and sorting by ping :)
