Looking for a new Headset

So my old headset is busted and I need a new one,had the corsair Vengeance 1500

Any suggestions is welcome,dont really mind the price but try to keep it below R1000
 
i cant remember the price exactly.. but my gioteck ex-05 headphones are really nice.. and i think they are i your price range.. :) u get a wireless and a wired one.. i got the wired coz dont feel like dealng with charging, etc.. :) check em out.. :)

I would have to recommend the Coolermaster Storm Sonuz, pretty nice headset, a lil heavy but once you used to it it is actually pretty comfy. Last walk in store I saw them being sold for was R849, a bit expensive but it really does feel like you wearing class.
 
People only have 2 ears and an emulated 7.1 headset has 2 speaker units. It works just as well as 4 speakers per an ear.
 
ok so here is the facts.

MY Roccat kaves was better than my G35s .. so much so that i gave my G35s away.

Had a Kave ( R700 ) and a Xonar DG (R350 ) and the quality was superb. had 3 Kaves and my friend still uses his G35 i gave him.


I now have the G930 ( essentially wireless G35`s ) and it feels like either a driver or firmware updated had put them right up there with the KAves.

I am now very happy with my G930s and anything with a Logitech logo will outlast any competitor.

So with the options you have ill go G35s Kaves then CM>

Yes I have ATIboy - I have had both and the CM was far more accurate in terms of giving you an accurate sound as to where the enemy is.

You ever watch a movie in Dolby Digital 5.1 or DTS and then emulating 3D over Stereo?

It just sounds crap.

@ Justice Neah mate I have used both and the G35's are far superior, they are also much better quality.
I've had 3 Sirus rma's this month and its only the 14th, I also know of another large online shop that have had 2 rma's in the space of 2 weeks. Say what you will about Logitech, They make the best pc peripherals, their quality is second to none.
