Try one of these:

I can't guarantee that they are safe to use but they should be fine.

Lol i am nog going to ask my GM, but when i have the password, then i have to see if its working. Like a good Technician should hehe

You can try a password cracker but brute force crackers can take up to 10hours to crack a password.dictionary crackers may take around 30min depending how fast your machine is.

I once forgot the password to a zip file with nudies of my ex in, can't remember the programs name but it worked and I was happy :D

Brute Force it using multiple dictionaries
That's the easiest way

Personal best for Forcing a "Secure" password is +3.5 seconds :)

the brute force is still busy from yesterday. Got a program called Appnimi All in one password recovery

Hello, have you heard of SmartKey Zip Password Recovery?
It recovers zip files in large size with ultra-fast speed. It is an easy, effective and safe program, recovers password-protected plain and self-extracting ZIP archives created with all versions of popular archivers like 7-zip, WinZip and PKZip.

Don't think anyone is going to trust someone whose only post is about a downloadable program.

If the zip file has a decent password there's not really much hope.

Try get a program that can use you GPU to accelrate the process.

Aside from very old Winzip file formats, they are not susceptible to brute force. 256bit AES I think it was. So unless the password is very weak you can forget it. Not even a GPU crunching will help.

Also, this. Never been able to crack a winrar password. Seems the moment the password goes beyond simple words, adding punctuation and numbers it becomes nearly impossible. The furthest I once got is one program that actually broke the rar archive I was trying to unlock.
