If i remember correctly Elite had a monthly fee.You don't pay the monthly fee,you don't get the elite features anymore.

BF3's Premium is a once of payment which gives you bonus features AND a guarantee to future expansions.

Lets not turn this into a BF3vsBLOPS2 thread,lol.

It's free for Blops 2: THIS pretty much sums it up as the same thing that BF3 Premium is. But in any case it's not available for PC (if memory serves me well)

I'm not turning this into anything, you are providing incorrect information. You could use 95% of the feature of Elite for free. Most of the reason to pay for a sub was the map packs and additional DLC.

Call of Duty: Elite FREE Features:

Facebook integration: see if your friends are playing Call of Duty, post in-game achievements to Facebook
Find groups based on any number of criteria: play styles, sports interests, schools, politics, etc.
Web app to see who's online and track progress
Mobile apps for iOS and Android
Change your loadout through the web or mobile, then jump right into the game with your new loadout

Mind you, that's all stuff you get for free. How about the Premium Elite service?

Every DLC for the entire year, map packs alone are usually $60 worth of content
Get DLC first and more often, new DLC every month and more than just maps
Daily competitions for both virtual and real prizes
Clans can be leveled up through tournaments and competitions
8x more video capacity
Expert strategy and analysis
Elite TV: premium episodic content from major Hollywood

No idea if you kept the DLC if you stopped your subs.
 
Guys I finally got around playing zombies... That nuketown is AMAZING the perk vendors literally spawn in the map after time. Solo'd it and got to 26 excellent map design.

Nou terug na Black Ops 2 toe. Het gisteraand die Custom Game probeer wat die DGL Comp moet gaan gebruik, die lag compensation, lag en random 1-2 disconnect is nogals erg. dink ek gaan dit comp 'n skip gee vir BO2, nou nou maak samsung te veel geld uit my, kan nie nog 'n monitor verloor nie!

Die game het soveel potential, as hulle maar net die Custom Games ook op Dedi's wil sit :(
 
Another thing annoying me with this game is bullets go through bloody everything! Walls, containers, more walls. Freaking irritating.
