Hahahahaha I hate beetroot - I was lazy didnt want to go to the shop and the cucumber was all I had in the office :P I normally add some cherry tomatoes, cottage cheese and that is it. I have a thing for salads being plain. I dont like dressings on them and I love the taste of plain cucumber.

I also eat loads of fresh veggies uncooked, so its a mix, just to lazy to go to the shop today.

oh i see. so its your own fault your having just cucumber lol. i hada proscuito ham, ham, cheese and tomato panini. was very delicious (and it had al the major food groups)
 
Hehehehe Im cutting out bread, bread has been giving me heart burn :(

If I want bread I eat rye bread instead. Can't have whole wheat or anything like that.

i cant go a day without bread. i love it too much. i have a sandwhich for breakfast everyday and i generally do bread with everything i can. bread is a staple for me. i am glad though that i can eat as much of it as i like and i wont pick up any weight but let me just have too much meat and boom i pick up weight
 
Well the amount I eat and drink I should be the size of a house. Luckily not :D

lol you need to go to the doctor then. Cause clearly something aint right them

I LOST 3KG IN THE LAST MONTH AND I HAVE NOT BEEN EATING LESS OR DOING MORE EXCERSIZE...I HAVE BEEN EATING MORE HEALTHY THOUGH
 
Just changing to salads for lunch I have lost 4kgs in 2 weeks :P Oh and we eat dinner earlier at night as well. I tend to get very cranky if I dont get to eat earlier.

Then we walk 2km a day with the dogs :D
