Xbox controller constant vibrate

Juvenile

'til proven sinful

Sometimes my controller vibrates continuously. Even after exiting a game, the vibration continues, until I remove it from the USB port.

Anyone know why this is happening? Has this happened to anyone before?
Any help would be nice.

give it to your girlfriend as a present :D:p

could be a driver issues, i assume you're using the wired one and not the wireless controller ? if it was the wireless one you could have just resynced it

Read Bold on too many sites... I'm sure she'd like the gift though... :p
It's corded, yes. Happens most often in the Fallout franchise. Happened earlier in DS2. I've also tried inputting it into other USB ports, but no luck.

This seems like a REALLY weird issue dude, haha. My guess would have been that it's a software bug with the game, but then you mentioned it happened in another game as well. Are you sure you bought this in a gaming shop and not say, a chinese R5 store or some dodgy adult world outlet? :P

Bought it buy a discount store for R250. Maybe I got a reject. Anyway... I'll see if I can buy one from a more legit store in the distant future.

I had the issue once with my controller, in Skyrim, but a Skyrim patch and a restart sorted this out.

Saw my grammatical error only now.

Anyway... My problem seems a little lot more intense. Some games have it bad with the controller, while others not so much. I love my controller, just wish it'd work as it should, without vibration with a mind of its own.
