Apparently they're giving away free consoles to those who pitch good game ideas on their twitter page. You have to be able to develop your said game though and present it to them.. Wish I knew how to develop a game... it sucks. Have so many awesome game ideas...

Then start somewhere! Download unity and experiment. Then watch tutorial's of said engine. I'm pretty sure there is A youtuber with a series which guides you trough making you're own game. When I started I found it immensely satisfying placing A non-textured plane( used for floors and a light above that.
