Mods for your games. If you have the money I'd say go for pc, but if you want a xbox rather wait for the next gen consoles to come out , you will be wasting your money otherwise.

no need to get voicy (excuse the pun) there have been a lot of "platform1 vs platform2" threads

well i got my 360 years before my pc but i have been playing on pc with my friends laptop, infact i got my pc last month. after i bought my pc i dont find my 360 quite as fun anymore, i believe i MIGHT play with it again just for the 360-exclusive games such as gears of war, forza and some halo games, so to answer your question. it is likely that you will have more fun with one than the other

Get a PC and then a wireless xbox controller for your PC.

If need be run a HDMI cable to your tv.

PS3. :p

Seriously though, I have all 3 platforms and each has it's good and bad. If you wanna play the best platform exclusive titles get a PS3 (uncharted, killzone, resistance, heavy rain, etc), if you have to play Forza, Halo or Gears get a X360 and if exclusives don't bother you and you have money for constant upgrades get a PC.

Or how about you stop making useless threads? Seriously, you could have googled this. It's probably been the most-discussed topic on gaming forums the world over for the past decade, at the very least.

This is like asking which is better, a Corsa Utility bukkie or a Ferrari Enzo. Without context the comparison is meaningless.

General sentiment though, most would say it's a bit late in the console cycle to be picking up a 360 or PS3.

I do agree to a certain extent about it being late in the PS3/360 cycle to get one, but the PS3 still has some big exclusive titles coming out this year so it's not quite dead yet. The Last of Us, Beyond: Two Souls, God of War Ascension ...

And for the X360 there is still the new Gears of War and probably a new Forza and another Halo.

Maybe as a final send off to the PS3, we get The Last Guardian.

Each have their own pros and cons. Though I still think the 360 lacks in many departments in comparison to the PC, but, it may be a cheaper buy, depending on the performance you want from a PC.

Had this been between an Xbox 360 and a PS3, I'd definitely recommend the PS3. Unless there's a very good reason for you wanting a 360.
