Dragon Age *possible spoilers*

Bit tech has a preview of the console controls. It seems it plays as I expected. It works but it works better with a k/b and mouse.

Continuing in the vein of being as succinct and to the point as possible, we’ll go ahead and say that it doesn’t really work all that well either and the UI on consoles suffers a bit from being a bit too cluttered and not having a simple and direct interface. The PC version of the game, which we’ve played several times now, controls far better than the console one.

A handy analogy for comparing the two is that the PC interface is like being a kid in a candy store with some very generous parents – all you have to do is point at what you want and voilà! Point, click, get – easy. The console version is like the same situation, but this time both your arms are in a cast, your parents are only half paying attention and you’re diabetic. In short, it’s harder to get at what you want and, even when you do, you’re not really sure about it any more...

It will come to SA. Its an EA game. We got Sims 3 CE so no reason why we won't get this one. US price is $65 for the pc ce and $75 for the xbox 360 and ps3 CE. So expect to pay about R600.

Yes. Was suppose to launch in march on pc first but was pushed back by EA to launch on all platforms simultaneous. Launches on all platforms on 20 October for US and 23 October for EU.

Thanks :) I marked my calendar for Oct 23. But not sure whether to get it on PC or PS3.
 
So i read that this is like BG's little basterd. I was under the impression its yet another mmo. Im a big Icewind Dale and BG fan so ill be having a look at this at release.
 
Im with MH here. I bought Fallout for Xbox originally but later got it for PC also and its just better on PC. Dragon Age will be like the old BG's so with multiple party members and the pause function it will be a bit of a pain if u only have a controller to work with.
