You are are mostly correct. There is just one small difference, You should only take from 9 bags, but the method of numbering and then removing that amount from each bag is absolutely right. Congrats, you're up :D
 
That is some scary cool maths, impractical in the real world but very clever.
I still can't see someone ripping open bags so he can only use the scale once as opposed to just using the scale though.
 
Yay! It's similar to another riddle I have heard before... I think you don't take from the last bag? I kind of remembered the method, but didn't do the math to test if I was correct :)

he has 60 cents 1x 50c and 1 x 10c = He buys 1 chappie.....then buys another chappie HUZZAH!


PS: If my answer is wrong why are you limiting Frik to 1 chappie huh?

My answer was a 10c and the other coin was a 20c ( Yes I know this was from scrubs but so what)
However since I love your answer we are moving back to you, provided we can move past "he who shall not be named in the presence of Eugene".
