I wonder if the console version will, have a Gold and Real money action house. The pc version is always online because someone would have made an program that could create, save and mod items with would have made the real money action house difficult.

I'm not really surprised by this, after the PC disaster and the 9 month and counting delay between the PC version and the console version - Blizzard would have to do something drastic (read re-add offline play) to get players to actually buy the game.

I won't be buying it however and I have no interest in ever buying a Blizzard game again until they add offline and LAN play. PoE and TL2 for me.

Because Sony and Microsoft would be idiots to have their flagship titles available on any other platform. Blizzard is third party. So it's in their best interest to reach as many consumers as possible across a range of platforms.

How is the release of the console version affecting your ability to play the current PC version? It doesn't.

Might not affect my ability to play ATM but later on they are going to develop their games with console's in mind and that leads to shitty controls because let's face it you can't play console game with pc controls and vice versa.


Not to mention the graphics. But that shouldn't be a problem with the release of the ps4 and and possibly the release of the new Xbox for now.

D3 was already specifically developed with a possible console port in mind.. Didn't affect your opinion of it, did it? Also, Blizzard has developed for console before, very, very successfully. Lost Vikings and Blackthorne comes to mind.
